We ask you to update us at every appointment with your correct contact
details, so that we can accurately confirm appointments that you have booked
with us. We offer a complimentary reminder service for appointments and
this can be made through text or a phonecall, please let us know your preferences
at your first appointment.
Cancellation of appointments
You are kindly requested to give at least 24 hours notice if you are unable
to attend for an appointment otherwise a charge may occur. We will, of course,
take special circumstances into account.
For patients wishing to go ahead with treatment, if you are making payment
with cash or card (not using a finance plan) we would ask for 50% off the
treatment fee upfront when the appointment is booked. The remaining balance
would need to be settled on the day the treatment is completed.
